The crunchy freeze dried strawberries with the chunks of dark chocolate and the sweet white chocolate is just out of this world. You will love the sweet, tart, and almost buttery flavors of chocolate covered strawberry bark since the pecans add that nutty flavor to set everything off!

Notes and Tips for Chocolate Covered Strawberry Bark:
Having your ingredients ready will make this dessert even faster. I recommend measuring out your chocolate into 2 microwave safe bowls to make their preparation very quick. To get the two chocolates to stick together, you want to melt and pour the white chocolate on top of the base of the bark as quickly as possible.
When preparing your bark, use a parchment paper lined dish. This will make the removal of the bark super quick as the chocolate will not stick to the parchment paper.
I use 6 oz dark chocolate and 4 oz of white chocolate. You can increase the amount of white chocolate but I find that since white chocolate is very sweet, I find this to be a good ratio.
